When one kid is particularly mean to me the other will be super nice. Typically it is Ariel being mean and Jeffrey being nice but today the rolls were reversed. As Ariel got nicer Jeffery got meaner. Finally he exploded “She’s using my trick of being nice!”
So the truth emerges and in the same way I sucked up to my parents to really stick it to my sister when she was “bad” now my kids do the same thing. Of course I knew what was going on but feigned ignorance so at least I would have one kid acting nice.
